“Meal Hack” – Medifast Peanut Butter Fudge Balls

Chocolate is a huge weakness of mine – and paired with peanut butter it’s hard to stay away from. I stumbled on these peanut butter fudge balls during my first week on the system and was pleasantly surprised.

I would caution you with this recipe: the chocolate pudding and hot chocolate are my favorite items on their own, so I’ve only made this once. I actually prefer the items by themselves, but if you’re not a fan of them on their own, then this might be the recipe for you!

I found the original on Pinterest, and the recipe was actually in the image! (As is always, see the original for pictures and most likely links to other recipes!)

Medifast Peanut Butter Fudge Balls

Ingredients

1 Packet of Medifast Chocolate Pudding (Product information here.)

1 packet of chocolate shake or hot cocoa* (Product information here and here.)

4 tbsp PB2

2 tbsp water (adjust this if too dry)

1/4 cup of your choice of milk (Make sure that your choice complies with the recommended condiments, found here.)

*Note: Remember that, because you are using 2 packets, you are preparing 2 Medifast meals!

Recipe

  1. Combine all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix until distributed evenly.
  2. Add wet ingredients and mix until completely combined.
  3. Form into balls and divide into two equal servings.

Each serving contains 1 Medifast meal, 1/4 condiment, and 1 snack!

I froze mine fudge balls to let them set, and then moved them into the fridge to dethaw a tad but still keep their shape.

Feel free to hack this however you prefer! Different flavored shakes, such as vanilla or mocha, that pair well with chocolate and PB2 would most likely be wonderful!

Happy munching!
